Steve Pratt is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Accredited Exercise Physiologist. He has more than 15 years' experience in public health, specialising in cancer prevention. In his spare time, Steve does long distance running and triathlon. So far, he has completed two Ironmans, eight Ironman 70.3s and five marathons.
