Healthy Zesty Herb Dressing Recipe
                        Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups low-fat natural or Greek yoghurt
 - 50 g reduced-fat feta cheese
 - 1 clove garlic, peeled and chopped
 - 1 1/2 cups baby spinach leaves
 - 1 1/2 cups mint leaves
 
Method
- Add all ingredients to a medium-size bowl and blend together using a bar mix.
