Nudge posters for the workplace

LiveLighter have developed a new set of 'nudge' posters designed to encourage people to drink water and get a bit more movement into their day. Nudge interventions support people to be healthier by providing a gentle prompt at the point of decision making.

Health services, community organisations and corrective services often work with priority groups facing many barriers to eating well, such as high levels of stress, medication related effects on hunger and fullness cues, and for people living in the community, limited time and budget to prepare healthy meals.

Service-level changes can drive preferences for healthier foods and drinks while also creating an environment in which healthy foods and drinks are the easy, standard option.
