Healthy Bircher Muesli Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups low-fat natural yoghurt
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 apples, grated
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- juice of 2 oranges
Method
- Combine all ingredients together in a bowl or plastic container.
- Refrigerate until the liquid has been absorbed and oats are soft (at least a few hours).
Bircher muesli is best made night before you want to eat it. It keeps well in the fridge for up to 4 days.
Healthy tip!
Simple switch idea: try reduced-fat milk, cheese and yoghurt.

Hi Sttamatina, One serve of the bircher is 1/4 of the total amount. This is about 220 g. I think it would be about 1 cup if you were measuring it out. Enjoy! -AF
