Healthy Melon & Kiwi Fruit Parfait Recipe
 
                        Ingredients
- 1 cup rockmelon, cut into 1cm cubes
- 3 kiwifruit, peeled and cut into chunks
- 400 g low-fat vanilla yoghurt
- 4 tbs toasted muesli
Method
- Layer fruit, yoghurt and muesli in 4 tall glasses.

                Substitute with fresh fruit in season. Try banana and strawberries, mango and pineapple or apricots and grapes.
