                        Ingredients
- 1 slice wholegrain bread, toasted
 - 1 tbs avocado
 - 1 medium tomato, sliced
 - 1/2 tbs basil leaves, roughly torn
 - pepper, to taste
 
Method
- Spread avocado on toast.
 - Top with tomato, basil and pepper.
